How we sell

Online and remotely: browse the shop and place an order at checkout (or request a custom quote), confirm the specification and delivery fee with our team in writing, and pay against our official invoice. Every order receives an order number you can quote at any time.

Payment methods

Official tax invoice payable by EFT / bank transfer (ZAR). No card payment is taken online at checkout — we issue an official invoice after confirming your order and delivery quote. See the payment terms for how invoicing and order confirmation work.

Delivery

Every order is delivered by insured freight anywhere in South Africa. Lead times: in-stock trailers usually dispatch within 5-10 business days; custom and made-to-order builds typically take 4-8 weeks. Full details are in the shipping policy.

Returns & warranty

30 days from delivery to ask for a change-of-mind return on eligible stock items; refunds paid within 14 business days of an approved return; 12-month structural warranty on chassis and bodywork. Details in the return & refund policy.
