Track your order
Every Dori Trailers order is handled by a named person at our Bloemfontein facility. Here is how status reaches you, and how to get an update whenever you want one.
1. Order confirmation
When you place an order at checkout you immediately receive your order number (format DT-YYYYMMDD-XXXX) on your confirmation screen, and our team contacts you within 1-2 business days with your delivery quote and official invoice. Keep your order number — every enquiry is faster with it.
2. Build & dispatch updates
In-stock trailers usually dispatch within 5-10 business days of payment clearing; custom and made-to-order builds take 4-8 weeks depending on the specification. We update you by email as your order moves through the build and inspection steps, and we confirm the delivery date before the trailer leaves the yard.
3. Freight tracking & handover
Delivery is by insured freight anywhere in South Africa. Once the trailer is with the freight provider we share the consignment details and the agreed handover date. On delivery day, inspect the trailer with the driver before signing — see the shipping policy for the 7-day damage reporting window.
Request a status update
Email us with your order number and we reply within 1-2 business days — usually the same day during trading hours (Mon-Sat, 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM SAST).
Changed your mind about something?
Cancellations, returns and warranty claims follow the return & refund policy. Orders can be cancelled without a fee within 48 hours of payment; after that, custom-build costs may apply to builds already started.
