Payment terms
How ordering and invoicing work on Dori Trailers orders: no payment is taken online at checkout — our team confirms your order and freight delivery quote first, then issues an official invoice.

Accepted payment methods
Official tax invoice payable by EFT / bank transfer (ZAR). All orders are billed in ZAR (South African Rand). No card details or online payments are collected on this website when you place an order.
Once our team reviews your order and confirms your specification and delivery fee in writing, we issue an official Dori Trailers (Pty) Ltd tax invoice from sales@doritrailers.co.za with banking details and your order number as the payment reference. If anyone asks you to pay an unverified account or personal number, call +27 84 249 5194 to verify before transferring funds.
When payment is due
Placing an order at checkout submits your order details to our team at no upfront charge. Within 1-2 business days we contact you to confirm availability, build options, and insured freight delivery to your address, and send your official invoice. Once payment (or the agreed build deposit) clears, custom builds enter the workshop queue and in-stock trailers are scheduled for dispatch per the shipping policy (usually 5-10 business days).
Prices and what they include
Listed prices are for the standard build as described on the product page and exclude delivery, registration, optional extras and customisation. Delivery is priced by distance and trailer size and is confirmed to you in writing before you pay. There are no surprise fees added at checkout.
Order review and refunds
We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch — for example if a product is unavailable or a price was listed incorrectly. If any payment has already been made, it is refunded in full. Approved refunds are paid to your original bank account within the timeframe set out in our return & refund policy (within 14 business days of the later of approval and the returned trailer arriving back with us; 30 days from delivery is the return window).
Quotes, invoices and finance
Request a quote at any time via the quote form, or place your order directly at checkout. We supply formal quotations and tax invoices that you may submit to your preferred finance institution; we do not provide in-house financing or credit terms.
