Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use this website or buy a trailer from Dori Trailers. By placing an order you agree to them.

Quotes and orders
An order placed on this website is a request to buy. It becomes a binding agreement once we confirm it with you in writing. Custom builds are confirmed against a written quote and specification.
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was listed incorrectly. If we do, any payment you made will be refunded in full.
Prices
Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and cover the standard build as described. Delivery, registration, optional extras and customisation are quoted separately and confirmed before you pay.
Payment
No payment is taken online when you submit an order at checkout. Once our team confirms your trailer specification and freight delivery cost in writing, we issue an official tax invoice payable by eft / bank transfer (zar).
Please quote your order number as the EFT payment reference. Manufacturing or dispatch starts once payment, or the agreed build deposit, has cleared.
Delivery
Delivery options, lead times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Every order is delivered by insured freight; we do not offer collection. Risk in the trailer passes to you on delivery.
Returns and warranty
Cancellations, returns, refunds and our 12-month structural warranty are covered in our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
Using the trailer
You are responsible for registering, licensing and insuring your trailer, towing it within the rated limits of your vehicle, and obtaining any permits your business needs, such as food handling or trading permits.
Website content
We work to keep product information accurate, but photos may show optional equipment and specifications may change as our builds improve. Please confirm details with our sales team before ordering. Content on this site may not be copied without our permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Questions can be sent to sales@doritrailers.co.za.
