800L Diesel Fuel Trailer (Model 80019)

Model 80019 is an 800 litre diesel fuel trailer: a 7x5 checker-plate bowser on a 50 x 50 x 2.5 mm RHS chassis with a 100 x 50 x 3 mm drawbar, built to move diesel to machines that cannot come to a pump - tractors and plant in the lands, generators on site, earthmoving equipment, and long-distance vehicles.

The body is fabricated from 2.1 mm checker plate with rolled 350 mm high sides, so the tank area is protected by the trailer structure itself, and the trailer is etched, primed and finished in industrial dark grey enamel. A 2 000 kg rated 50 mm override tow coupling with mechanical disc brakes and calipers on 45 mm solid 1045-grade steel axles means the trailer brakes as the tow vehicle brakes rather than pushing it - the correct behaviour for a trailer that carries a full load of liquid, which shifts and surges as you drive.

Running gear is a seven-leaf eye-slipper spring setup with 185/70 light-truck tyres on 14 x 6 inch Sunraysia rims, sized for the mass of a filled unit over farm tracks and gravel.

The trailer is supplied with the chassis, body and running gear completed and a 12-month structural warranty on chassis and bodywork. Pump sets, metering and transfer equipment - hand pump, 12 V transfer pump, flow meter, hose reel, nozzle, bunded containment and lockable filler - are specified to your application and quoted with the build, so the dispense setup matches what you are filling and who is allowed to fill it.
