Women & Men Toilet Trailer (Model 65005)

Model 65005 is a single-axle women and men toilet trailer: one women's toilet and one men's toilet-with-urinal, each with its own flushing wall-hung toilet, vanity unit with storage, large mirror, hot water and heating, plus an attachable staircase per side. It is the classic two-room event unit - enough capacity for a function of around a hundred guests, with the build quality of a permanent washroom rather than a plastic cubicle.

The construction is a stable sandwich-panel body with 30 mm insulation, cover layers in hot-dip galvanised and powder-coated sheet steel, a robust PVC floor in grey, hidden piping, and a service flap on the left in the direction of travel for servicing without entering the guest areas. The unit weighs 889 kg empty with a permissible total weight of 1 000 kg, and it stands on a single axle with a stable automatic support wheel for hitching and positioning.

Water and waste are managed properly on this model. Each toilet has its own faecal pump with a shredding mechanism, which allows waste to be discharged through a 1 inch wastewater hose - and because the pump pressurises the waste, it can push it further than a gravity drain, covering greater distances to the next connection without relying on a gradient. Fresh water arrives through a 3/4 inch connection with a 20 m hose supplied, and each compartment has a 10 litre hot water boiler, an electric heater, LED interior lighting and a large mirror above the sink.

Each compartment is finished as a proper washroom: wall-mounted flushing toilet, washbasin with a base cabinet for storage, roof hatch with fly screen and sun protection, toilet paper holder, clothes hook on the inside of the door, and a small bin. The men's side also has a urinal with contactless sensor flushing. Two attachable stairs, each with two steps, are stored safely inside the doors while travelling and hang on the trailer for use.
