4-Door Mobile Toilet Trailer

The 4-door mobile toilet trailer is a high-capacity ablution unit: four independent cubicles with flush toilets, vanity basins, mirrors and LED lighting on a braked tandem axle designed for a full waste tank and daily use. It is the model for large festivals, sports events, film crews, mine and construction camps, and hire fleets that need serious throughput per delivery.

Four separate doors mean four people are served at once and the service queue never blocks a single entrance. Each cubicle is a complete facility - flushing toilet, vanity basin with mirror, paper holder and hook, LED light on its own switch, roof vent for continuous air movement - finished in wipe-clean materials with a sealed non-slip floor.

Tandem running gear is used deliberately on a trailer of this size. When the waste tank is full, a four-door unit carries well over a tonne of water and waste; spreading that across two braked axles keeps the trailer level, stable at speed and predictable to brake with, and it gives you a second axle to lean on if a tyre fails. The drawbar is longer and heavier than on our smaller units, and the coupling and safety chain are rated accordingly.

The water system is sized for volume: a 500 litre fresh tank feeding a 12 V demand pump and a 1 000 litre waste tank, both filled and emptied from an external service compartment with no guest-facing access points. Power comes from a 220 V shore connection with a 20 m cable and a 12 V lighting circuit; for sites without mains power, a battery bank with charger or a solar panel can be fitted.

The body is an insulated panelled shell on a welded ladder-frame chassis, finished in a neutral light colour that suits both site and event work. External handling points, steps and doors are specified for daily wear - this is the trailer that gets used every day of a hire season and has to keep coming back to the yard in saleable condition.
