Portable Plastic Mobile Toilet

The portable plastic mobile toilet is the lightest, cheapest and toughest way to put a usable facility on a site: a single-piece moulded plastic cubicle with a lockable door, roof ventilation, a non-slip floor and an interior that can be hosed out between services. There is no plumbing to install, no trailer to tow and no power required - it is dropped where the people are.

Because the body is moulded plastic rather than panelled timber or steel, it does not rot, swell, rust or delaminate when it stands out in the sun and rain for months at a time. The grey finish hides the dust and staining that site units pick up, and the construction is thick enough to survive being lifted on and off a bakkie by two people or moved on a pallet.

The cubicle is ventilated through the roof so odours rise and leave rather than sitting inside, the floor is a sealed, textured surface that stays grippy when wet, and the door closes on a simple, reliable latch that can be locked from inside. Inside there is a seat and waste container with a cover, and enough clearance for a user to move comfortably - the difference between a portable toilet people will use and one they avoid.

Cleaning and servicing take minutes: open the door, remove the waste container, clean the surfaces, replace the container and go. Ventilation slots allow air movement while the door is closed, and the roof keeps direct rain out of the interior.

Typical use is construction and mining sites, farm and garden crews, outdoor events, camp sites, markets, sports grounds and any location where a permanent facility is not practical.
