Portable Toilet with Hand Basin

The portable toilet with a hand basin is the hygiene step-up from a standard plastic unit: the same standalone, free-standing cubicle, but with a flushing toilet and a built-in hand-wash basin inside the cubicle, so a user can wash their hands before they leave rather than looking for a tap somewhere else.

That single change is what makes this unit acceptable for food-handling sites, schools, clinics, medical and care settings, staff facilities at mines and factories, and public events where organisers have to demonstrate that hand-washing is available. It also removes the most common complaint about standard portable toilets - no water to wash with.

The cubicle carries its own fresh water supply stored in the body of the unit and a pumped basin with a mixer or push tap, alongside a flushing toilet and a waste container sized for regular service. Roof-level ventilation and a vented window keep the interior fresh and let light in, the door latches and locks from inside, and the floor is sealed and textured for grip when wet.

Because the unit is self-contained, it needs no plumbing connection and no power: fill the fresh water supply, service the waste system, and the facility is complete. That makes it suitable for remote sites, temporary camps, construction compounds and events in fields where a mains-fed ablution block is not an option.
