Tandem Enclosed Trailer (Model 911610)

Model 911610 is a 10x5 tandem enclosed trailer with a 1 480 mm body height and a drop-down ramp: a weatherproof, lockable cargo box that loads with a trolley or on foot, rather than over a side. It is the trailer for moving equipment, stock, furniture and exhibition material that must arrive dry and stay secure in transit.

The running gear is the commercial specification that makes it worth buying: a 2 000 kg GVM with mechanical disc brakes, an AL-KO 50 mm quick-release override coupling with a handbrake, two 45 mm square solid axles rated at 1 400 kg each, and five-leaf rocker roller suspension. That is a real 2-tonne trailer rather than a light box on two springs, and the override coupling means the trailer's own brakes are applied progressively as the tow vehicle slows.

The body is fully welded throughout, on a 1 500 x 100 x 50 mm drawbar, with a checker-plate floor and checker-plate mudguards, H-racks on top of the trailer for long stock and ladders, four tie-down chains welded inside to the floor for anchoring loads, and a primer-zinc rust treatment under the dark charcoal topcoat. The zip-up ramp at the back lets you wheel a trolley, generator or toolbox in and out without lifting, which is what turns an enclosed trailer into a practical daily working vehicle.

Lighting is LED to ADR pattern, with a 7-pin flat plug, mudflaps, reflectors, two safety chains with D-shackles, a spare wheel and an 8 inch jockey wheel. A 12-month structural warranty covers the chassis and bodywork.
