4m Food Trailer

The 4m food trailer is the largest unit we build and the only one that can genuinely serve two queues at the same time. Two lift-up serving windows - one on each side of the trailer, or two along the same frontage depending on layout - let you run a food menu at one point and drinks, coffee or desserts at another, without customers crossing paths or staff tripping over each other.

At four metres, the interior stops being a galley and becomes a working kitchen with zones. The service side carries a long stainless counter with a second run of work surfaces behind it; the equipment bay takes an upright fridge, chest freezer or large griddle; and there is space for a proper two-person cooking line with extraction above. We fit a lockable equipment box on the drawbar so gas bottles, generators, cables and cleaning equipment stay out of the food compartment entirely.

This platform suits high-turnover trading rather than occasional events. Vendors who work festivals, big weekend markets, stadium precincts and roadside stands with real volume choose it because it removes the two bottlenecks that limit a smaller trailer: counter space and cold storage. It also gives you the option of two service points, which is the single most effective way to raise throughput per hour without adding staff.

Structurally, the trailer is built like the rest of the range: a fully welded steel ladder frame under insulated composite panels, a sealed non-slip floor, wipe-clean linings and stainless where food and heat meet. Running gear is a braked tandem axle on leaf springs with 14 inch light-truck tyres, sized for a fully loaded trading unit and steady towing over distance.
